Start Your Career As a Journeyman Lineman

Arrowhead Line provides employees the opportunity to enroll in an Apprenticeship Program.

To enroll in the program, applicants will be given an aptitude test and a field evaluation to determine baseline knowledge and then be placed in the correct stage of the program.

Participants in the program will receive in-field training as well as monthly safety meanings from experienced team members to prepare them for the journeyman lineman test. Each step of the program is approximately 1 year and consists of 30-40 modules and 40 hours/week of in-field training.
